Responsibilities

  • Advise prospects on their everyday risk and how insurance can protect them
  • Identify and provide solutions for 40-50 new clients per month
  • Builds long-term, trusting relationships with clients
  • Qualifies, builds and manages an accurate sales funnel

Minimum Requirements

  • Over 18 years of age
  • Legal United States Resident
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Clean background (no felony convictions)
  • Ability to work 40 hours
  • Dynamic, kind and caring demeanor
  • Excellent written and oral/presentation skills
  • Desire and expectation to work towards measurable quotas and bonuses

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of sales or customer service experience
  • Proven experience in building customer relationships
  • A desire to grow and advance a career in sales
  • Strong analytical skills
